Don't be silly. The ones I've left on your list are great games.

Animal Crossing ftw. Maaaannnnnnnnyyyy an hour spent on good ol' AC, but it won't be as fun today with not many people playing it around the world.

Resident Evil 4 is a must.

As are The Windwaker, Twilight Princess, Mario Sunshine, Timesplitters 2, Soul Calibur 2 and bare ovaz, init. But I forget.

God I miss the days of the Cube/Dreamcast etc.
is starfox adventures any cop? it doesn't really look that good, is there much flying in it? and luigi's mansion looks fucking terrible. i'll give it a go though obviously :D

resident evil looks good, but i've just played through the DS remake so I'm not sure if i want to do it again :P

And Ben, I don't remember which bit you're on about, but I do remember that Starfox Adventures was one of the best games I've ever played. Ok, it's not as technically advanced as some games and it's not a long as your Zeldas, but it was a bloody fun game to play. The puzzles were great, as was the story line. I was hooked! Loved it. In fact, I'm pulling out my Cube tonight and I might just start it again. :)

Yeah, Starfox is wicked. I was never a big fan of the Starfox series up until Adventures, mainly because the whole 95% dog-fighting/flying around aspect of the other games didn't appeal to me. Them kind of games still don't, hence why I didn't bother with Warhawk on the PS3.

Resi is always good. Whether its Resi 2, Nemesis, Veronica, 4..! Fucking love em.

As for Luigi.. I actualy didn't really ever play that! lol. Left it in the list cos I assumed it was good.. is it not?

its like a test of nerves. you have to keep this bar level whilst all of these holograms of dinosaurs and shit attack you. it kinda ruined the game for me but up until that it was great.

Ah, yeah I defo remember that now. Took me ages! I think I was around my nan's at the time, with my cube hooked up in the living room, duvet spread out on the floor.. good times

Warhawk gives you a choice, i'm shitty in planes so only use them to get somewhere else quickly. It's a really fun game, and a lot faster paced than a lot of online games, it can be mayhem on a 32 player game.

you really, really ought to pick up a copy then tbh (despite all the bad things i hear about it :D )

i left resi4 out coz it went all multi platform but YES, resi4 is a must must have (and it did start out as a GC exclusive after all) though i would allow it if you ever plan on pickin up a wii as it's best on that and dirt cheap as well.

the resident evil remake you have is also FUCKING AMAZING. as long as your willing to look past the old school gameplay (which actually enhances the gameplay imho) it has one of the best atmospheres in any game i've played.

on the multiformat tip, i'd say that soul calibur 2 also played best on GC (button layour works perfect), plus you can use link who is heavyweight and easily the best of the console exclusive characters.

and luigis mansion is heavy. why the hate?

Just some random gamin related vids:

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=QqXoQWg2- ... brawl+gasm

Some sick character creations from Soul Calibur IV (mario, link, cloud, snake, thor, blanka, doc doom, etc).

http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1824771

Jokes animation about Bowser's minions revolting.

link looks like a bellend in Soul Calibur. He would look way better as himself rather than a bulked up street fighter type.

Just started playing Bully. After a good-but-forgettable GTA IV, I didn't know what to make of this. But it's bloody fun!

It reminds me of what Rockstar are best at doing - no-strings fun games, something which sadly, I have to say, GTA IV lacks.

I've heard that quite a bit; does it not compare to San Andreas? I'm still holding out for the PC version but by the sounds of things it's not got much to keep you coming back to it

My gamecube still hasn't arrived :(

San Andreas was a whole different kettle of fish though... also take into consideration S.A was the 3rd GTA title to appear on the PS2.. so in that time theyve had time to improve the titles as they went along.. S.A being the more "customisable" one.

GTA4 lacks alot of everything, if you've come straight from S.A .. but i dont look at it like that..

.. Attention to detail was the main focus here.. and by god is there DETAIL.. so much things u dont notice become visibly beautiful as you get to grips with the game.. some say GTA4 looks like San Andreas.. or it isnt that much of a leap in terms of graphics..

BOLLOCKS. S.A never loked this good. Even on High End PC's.

Agree'd there isnt much to do after you complete the game, and the things u CAN do feel more like a chore than achievements.. seeing as there isnt any trophy support.. sure u get to be in the 100% club.. but meh... that doesn't really fill you with the respect you so worked so HARD for.

The online aspect is good, regardless of what people say.. you can really buckle down and have some great matches... it doesn't actually require much skill either.. and hopefully you've picked up ur skills working your way through the main game.

All in all... its definitely worth the purchase, whatever NEXT-GEN console your on.. with X360 getting exclusive download content later this year.. that should spice things up a little for the disheartened gamer!

We'll all be laughing about this when GTA6 is out.. when u can customise buildings and lay carpet in ur car.

Someone....anyone....what is the rationale behind including Yoda and Darth Vader in the new Soul Caliber? I can't figure out why or how they're pulling those cats in. Sexy as fuck to play as Vader but....I'd still rather have Talim. It just won't be the same without hearing my girl go, "Wind!" before she pwns.

Yup, as Dat says; Mullah, P's, Dosh, Ch-Ching, etc, etc. They've got the apprentice from 'Force Unleashed' in both versions as well(more publicity for that game). I hear Yoda is a completely unbalanced shit of a character and a complete waste of space; he can't be hit by horizontal attacks and also can never be grabbed, even when it's Yoda VS Yoda, they just didn't even programme it in (lazy buggers). Anyway, as 'non-SC' character inclusions go, Link is the don-diddy, he looks the part and plays like a dream.

Talim (and Yoshi) are both in there btw (i know i mentioned that in another thread but makes more sense to clarify the situation here :D )
