Damn you! Every show you post about is but an echo of a show I had to miss up here in SF

Hope Andy Stott and Demdike were rad though. Saw Andy Stott a few years ago and it's still high up on my list of best sets I've ever heard. He ended with Up the Box when it was still forthcoming. Such a dangerous tune; the whole set was a system destroyer.

Every time she mentions an interest in something, or says she likes a song, or a piece of clothing, or anything, make a note of it on your phone.

Do this throughout the year, so you've got a constant list of things that she's liked over the course of the year. Then whenever birthday/Christmas/Valentines day rolls round, simply open up said list and pick a half dozen or so things from it to buy.

Takes the hassle off having to think, and makes you look like a god for remembering.

Get a tattoo of her name on your wrist or something, to show how dedicated you are

Get a tattoo of half of a heart of your forearm with her name in it.

Then for Christmas, you pay for her to get the other half heart tattooed on her forearm with your name in it.

So when you put them together, they make a whole heart with both your names.

If you get it done first, she'll definitely agree to do it.
