there's a very fine line with making revival jungle

too many 5 panel types make it too "intelligent" with break chops that nobody wants to dance to…that HATE stuff seems to be a little like that, tbf I didn't give it a proper listen though.

What's good about WWUI92 is it doesn't fall into that trap at all, it sounds proper.

a few samples from old hardcore tunes and gunshotairhorn doesnt make for proper sounding junglisms imo

not saying theyre bad tracks.... but not even close to the original stuff

Obviously the tunes are still in a more zomby style where they're usually a single loop rolled out quickly, whereas jungle tunes usually had more a of a proper build up, gradually more elements etc. Also they didn't use the type of wobble he uses. But if you listen to old kool fm sets or whatever, it sounds quite a lot like that album.

Moreso than some of the arthouse 5 panel jungle out and about, that's for sure.
