disagree, it's just more people tend to buy black tea - with white tea being bought by people who care more about tea -, and a lot of people who do not really care about tea just don't know how to brew it properly.

the other has weekly events but it's not always dubstep, just "deep" music. sometimes jam bands, sometimes like trip hop and shit, i think they may even do disco but i just go to the dubstep ones.
Yeah our old 'main' night, went from weekly, to monthly, to "1 off" type nights, to nowhere. Just couldn't keep it going because of cash flow. I would not be where I am today without those nights tho, had some of the best times of my life and eye opening nights of music there. When they were going weekly, I went almost every week for like 2 years.

Our other night, sounds similar to that second night there, they play mainly "glitch" and various 'deep' stuff that's not actually very deep at all, but they bring in some good dubstep acts every few months.

Dre from Truth sometimes throws a night when people are touring, good music, shit venue and vibes tho haha. Tiny room and everyone stands at the outer edge and chin scratches and act cool because they know what rinsed out dungeon tune is playing  Kahn and Commodo came through one of those nights tho and I had a blast, def a standout night of 14 for me.

Really just need to reach back to LDN, Berlin, and Outlook again. Hopefully in 2015/16.
I would love to go to a night run by Dre. i think moving forward that artists should run nights like they do in London (contact, system). seems like it would work a lot better for promo reasons. Like when kahn was talking about moving to NYC I thought that would be sick cause he'd probably set up a sick night which wouldn't have $$$ issues.

luckily i live near one of the best soundsystems in america which i think is usually ranked #1 or #2 (the other one is in Chicago). that's the venue that's been having mad techno/house nights recently, but there are still dubstep nights still there every few months, and those are BIG. It's usually for the big players that draw a large crowd eg DMZ, Yunx, Kahn, Truth, maybe some MEDI guys like Goth Trad or Kromstar, and sometimes smaller guys if there are 3+ of them. if it's not one of those it'll be at a smaller venue (smaller system).

edit: actually it's ranked #2 by beatport, not sure if that's a good thing or not  http://news.beatport.com/the-10-best-so ... n-america/

anyway, i didn't know bay area had a pretty good scene, mainly cause NWJ never talk about it  I've always considered NYC to be the best followed by Denver and then maybe Baltimore/DC. I've also heard Ft. Lauderdale and Chicago have good shit going on.

Any reason for that? If not contact them, and they will sort it out for you, and pay you back any money they owe you.
Its because I'm on placement. I don't get paid though so I'm living on pennies. I did ring them a couple of times and they effectively just told me to fuck off. And yea agent I've been on minimum loan every year so u have to get ur hustle on hahaha

It's true though. This year I didn't get enough to cover rent just cus my parents earned 40k+... That's hardly much for two working adults. They can't afford to give me money out of that, so how am I any different from some kid with a single parent on less than 40k. I end up way more fucked than he does. Peeaak.
