Well, well, well...what a night! Brought along two of my boys who've never been to DMZ before, including one of my old school FWD>> partners and I KNOW they're gonna remember it for life.

Got in at about 11 and caught Silkie and Quest. Was a decent crowd, I think the earlybird/queue jumping crew definitely had the right idea. Big up the crew who know about the breakdown on Headbutt the Deck. Out to my conducting crew, you KNOW about music!

Image

Pinch and Joker mashed it up. The Bristol boys know the deal, believe!

BIG up Kode9 and Oneman, that 8 bar garage dub was serious. Made one of them back in the day that had a very similar selection...out to the UK Garage lovers, I know certain people weren't feeling it but certain people don't know music so FUCK it! Got Myself Together....JEEEEEEEEZ!!!

DMZ smashed it. I don't know what else to say, I don't think anyone was expecting anything less. All I know is that my neck and my back felt wrong the next day. Big up Coki, the new bits are sounding dutty. Spongebob.

Fuck it, big up everyone who played. Had to leave at about 5, didn't have the stamina plus I had a car parked across the road and driving back to Oxford without falling asleep was a priority.

A LOT of new faces and I think most people will agree that the scene is changing, but DMZ is an institution that will either educate you or scare you off. A lot of people got educated on Saturday, trust!

Out to everyone I saw inside/outside the dance, Dubloke, Gags, Skream, LP, Petrozzi, Get Low crew, the UEA ladies, Alys Blaze, Mr Lager, Headhunter (nice meeting you, Tony!), Heny, Silkie, Darcy, Cosgrove (Free Range/Club:Dub soldier!), Darkman, Skandal & Natalie, Hijak, Tes La Rok, all the Oxford local crew, all the Oxford Brookes crew, Jibba (good meeting you, bruv!), Braiden and anyone else I've forgotten. Proud to have shared the night with you lot, trust me. Out to my girlfriend Kate in Torino, M.I.A but there in spirit!

Big up all DMZ family, Pokes and Crazy D, the ladies on the door, the sound engineer, the Police (I thought they were gonna lock it off, thank fuck they didn't), the barstaff....Definitely a big one.

I'm still applauding

HAHAHAHA. Tequila + stella = piss. Good to see you mate, glad the night ended so fittingly.
I should probably be more social at these things, sounds like everyone else on the forum met up! Bass > meeting people it seems.
Hold tight Grand good to see you mate.
Out to Jubz (i think), some fine dance moves.
Ness, i think i met you too!?
Being at work is producing the exact opposite to the feeling I had when I finally made it in and Joker dropped Purple City.

WHAT A SICK NIGHT!!! every thing about the night was sick, nuff safe people i met, out to kode 9 and oneman, seriously sick set (whoever played stone cold deserves a medal!!!)

Distance remix of Changes is fucking unreal, I missed it the first time but I had to ask distance to play it as well :D

way too much to say about the night, but all the sets i saw were brilliant, the 16 bar garage bit at the end of oneman and kode 9 set was unreal, i could barely contain myself!! pissed im missing the next one but bring on the one after that

Continuing on the same lines as everyone else.

I'd say that was the most fun I have had at a dubstep night in ages.

From the very beginning I could tell the vibes were going to be in abundance.

Oneman vs Kode 9 and Joker vs Pinch were ridiculous sets, so much sweat was exerted at those points. I would happily experience those hours over and over again.

Nice to meet a few people down there, good to finally meet Oneman. Out to you bruv.

MASSIVE!

Best atmosphere on a night for time. Had only just recovered from Braindrop last weekend.

Overdid it on the queue drinks so was all a bit hazy. Remember start of Pinch, end of DMZ but had come round in time for Skream/Hatcha and was right down the front.

Loved the Streets remix almost got flattened by the stage dive!

Headed straight out to Soho on Saturaday for some new tunes.

haha pk, the man the legend. what an awesome awesome night, room 1 wins on vibes but the the sound in room 2 was off the scale, all about the speaker stack by the right hand bar..BLZdub at one point i thought you were going to shag it
