Not until approx. 30hrs+ without eating. I've made noticeable increases in muscle since starting fasting in conjunction with 3 weights sessions a week. I always train fasted around 10am and only take some BCAA before/after, I also only do low intensity cardio (usually 45 mins walking on a treadmill with slight incline) a couple of times a week on non-gym days.
