My mate who is in our national rugby squad said there will be rugby sevens in Rio2016. No regular rugby because rugby sevens seems to be more spectacular according to the IOC.

On a sidenote; they should reintroduce tug of war/rope pulling!!! Must've been brilliant to watch old olympic sports like fire fighting, pole climbing and even mud fights in 1904.

Tug of war is absolutely sick to watch!

It would be a good olympic sport as well because you don't really need that much in terms of facilities which means all the nations could enter sides!
