Uruguay aren't great tbf so I don't know what we can infer from them beating England and Costa Rica beating a Suarez less Uruguay but I wouldn't be surprised to find CR beat England. They have something to play for while England need a very specific set of results.

Balotelli rumours getting stronger. Would be a great signing, even if he doesn't play well at least we get the antics as a bonus

Like i've said before Suarez is too big for Liverpool. Liverpool will be back in 5th/6th position soon enough.
