I also explained to her that any sort of central collective planning requires the innitiation of force, which made her think. I also showed her a couple of videos giving concrete examples of how inhibiting capitalism has hurt people and enabling it has helped them, such as this one and one on central banking.

You could choose your own currency (rather than the state-protected inflationary currency we're forced to use)

The state allows minimal pollution of private property; in an an-cap society you could sue polluters.

The only legally permissable action is a voluntary one.
