Got into a fight a few months ago.

Some rude woman on the phone complaining about the business support project I work for being over funded and a waste of time because she didnt get what she wanted. I was only picking up someone elses call as they was away from their desk and have no control over what she was complaining about. I could have done without the abuse really as I do have a habint of switching but I was as polite as possible but she kept going on and I had to put down the phone on her as my boss didnt want me to continue the convesation. She then complains about me hanging up on her and then i get in trouble for it.
