So I put on LTD Dance 'N' Sing 'N', there is a mad bongo break in there, I was showing them, how to listen for open parts of songs, they're shuffling some game pieces in the background, and they start singing, "Everyday I'm shuffling." But in key and at the tempo of Sing 'N'. #moments

Re: things that have made you happy today
So my daughter and friends have discovered my turntable. They're constantly scratching and what not. So I break out the JayZ Black Album acappella, I ask this Uzbeki, "You know Jay Z?" She's like "Isn't he from the 1800's?"

Re: things that have made you happy today
if Vex'd, Moving Ninja, Milanese, Toasty... would release their tunes today they'd be considered the freshest thing in dubstep since 2006. this stuff doesn't get enough love.

could vex'd be any more rated than they are ?

Re: things that have made you happy today
when was the last time you heard a Vex'd tune in a dubstep set? and I'm not even talking about hearing their tunes out. I think their output (both old and new, as Roly Porter / Kuedo) occupies a very small niche. everybody seems to agree it's good music, but nobody actually plays it anymore. which is a shame; I would've done some horrible things for a 90minute breakstep set at outlook this year.
some Luke.Envoy and Toasty tunes get played still, but that's about it.

Re: things that have made you happy today
Oh I'm not into the scene enough to know what's played by djs tbh , not in dubstep I mean. But I think they are probably highly rated by idms heads and people into planet mu.
I reckon planet mu comes in, becomes a part of a scene for a short while, elevates it to some people and then 'turn' those artists away from their scene. Which is both good and bad.

Just shopped a pretty good stache onto a friends FB pic.
I look at my facebook feed in a different way now. Could Nina Kraviz benefit from a handlebar
moustache?
