I achieved a new BP dead lifting yesterday. Almost passed out and vomited a little in my mouth. it was horrible.
Now my hams are tight as fuck and have to go hiking up a big hill today. might have to pull the pin.

Today this cute skinny girl kept intentionally working out in my field of vision.
It would always be some seductive workout shed do too....like where u sit in the chair and spread ur legs apart...
Then when I was using the elipticool, she would get on all fours with her arse facing me and do leg stretches...
I noticed she was working out by the window when I was leaving...overlooking the parking lot right where my truck was, so I changed my shirt outside of my truck to leave her with a little present.

i need to start working out again, starting to put on mad weight (after 3 years of not gaining anything).
but alas, i get sick when i get physical. need to figure out how i can combat it.

How much protein do you eat? Is that enough for you to grow? If not, have at it. Or find another protein source that you like.
