Girlfriend was tucked up with flu all day, so I was going through old Survivor Series and Saturday Night's Main Events trying to remember some moments from my childhood.

Turns out that Papa Shango still freaks me out a bit.

Oh, and Zeus. Zeus should've been around longer. I was fucking terrified of him when I was 7.
Papa Shango was the Godfather later, yeah?

Yeah; Papa Shango was always one of my favourites as a kid for some reason. Had me properly shook once or twice. Then I had a gap from watching anything whilst I discovered the wonders of GIRLS and when I came back he'd turned into Magic Don Juan.

TLC was pretty terrible from all accounts, only decent match was the first one. Gonna watch it tonight.

What was the card in the end? I haven't seen anything since Survivor Series. I'll give it a skim later on, I reckon.

I took your advice and I watched what might be the best edition of Saturday Night's Main Event ever.

Opened with Savage & Warrior Vs Money Inc, went through the British Bulldog putting the IC up against Shawn Michaels and finished with Bret Hart defending the WWF Title against Papa Shango. Bobby Heenan knocking the commentary out of the park too.

WWE Network is making me feel 9 years old on a regular basis this week. :h:

I watched most of TLC. Fairly disappointing, but Ziggler Vs Harper was pretty good at times. Dolph looked fucked UP though. :/

Stairs match was extremely meh. Tables matches always suck. I haven't bothered watching the main event yet.

The best thing about the whole show was Nikki Bella's hips.
