I would've been quite happy to wait until you'd had your beauty sleep; this is a forum, not IRC. It's not exactly the first time you've pulled the "I'm not looking it up for you, but I'M RIGHT" card either, it's your go-to schtick. Still, it means we all miss Alien Pimp a little bit less.nowaysj wrote:My claims are in this thread in black and white for you to read but surprise surprise you've been uninvolved and feel like you can pop in and swing your dick around. I'll make a deal with you though, next time you want a response, pm me your number and I'll call you at 4am to discuss it.

You were just not part of the conversation, Magma. You came into the conversation and demanded that I go back and catch you up. Who the fuck do you think you are? If you want to know what I said, read it for yourself you lazy bitch.

From what I've seen, that is not conclusive, and in fact, I think it was a flashlight. There are a few details about that that don't add up, like where did the car go? Where did all the other cars go?
With that said, the police or some other government agent certainly could have done this. I know for a fact that they have done it in the past.

Will watch later tonight. Just listened to 30 seconds and one of the things he uses for his argument is that the strong arm robbery was never prosecuted...
I wonder why that was???

Re: Ferguson riots
I think the main point is really just that Darren Wilson plainly and undisputedly lied about the events.

Re: Ferguson riots
This is from another forum that I sometimes lurk, interesting perspective.
I didn't want to say anything about this being a 27 year veteran of the police dept. (served in both Newark and Jersey City,NJ). There is something troubling me though, forgive me if I'm incorrect on somethings (please correct me if I'm wrong). I'm wondering why the tape of the dispatch call hasn't been released? According to the Chief and Roorda, Darren Wilson was on duty at a call, I believe it was for an incident with a minor. He then heard a radio call reporting a robbery of a convenience store with description of said suspects. The Chief and Wilson claim that he approached the said suspects in his patrol vehicle and the confrontation ensues. Now I ask, what officer in their right mind approaches 2 potentially armed individuals while still seated in their patrol car? Do they not have the procedure of "L.R.W." (LOCATE. RELAY. WAIT).
First you locate the suspected individual(s). Secondly, you relay your location, confirm the description of suspected individuals and give their location. Third you wait for further instruction on how to handle the situation and for backup, as in this case there was 2 individuals. Not sure if this dept. has these protocols, as they should, but the protocols were clearly ignored, which led to him allegedly being assaulted and the death of Michael Brown. He should have been fired, not given the opportunity to resign and should have been charged clearly with aggravated murder due to his actions leading to the death of Michael Brown. Darren Wilson clearly knew nothing of the robbery of the convenience store, hence no call to dispatch reporting he had located the individuals in questions. More to me and several colleagues have ALL concluded that "IF" Wilson had heard the call concerning the robbery of the store, upon approaching Michael Brown and friend, he (Wilson) already had withdrawn his service weapon from his duty holster in anticipation of a confrontation. Again, I say "NO REAL COP WOULD EVER APPROACH 2 POTENTIALLY ARMED INDIVIDUALS WHOM JUST ROBBED A STORE BY THEMSELVES, AND ESPECIALLY NOT WHILE SEATED IN THE FRONT SEAT OF THE PATROL CAR." The Feds have more than enough to get an indictment and a conviction, but I truly believe the Feds will fuck this up and FEAR of criticism will be a deciding factor in not doing so.
Re: Ferguson riots
Well, I just checked with a prosecuting attorney, and they confirmed my suspicions, they often do not prosecute dead people. Close call though, you should let that dude know so he doesn't embarrass himself by pushing this line of reasoning.
As I've said earlier, it does not matter if Wilson knew of the strong arm robbery. It matters if Brown knew of the strong armed robbery, and it turns out that he did, because moments before he was choking a 5'6" tall senior citizen so he could get blunted, so it is likely he was aware. This informs us of why Brown was belligerent.
Re this Sergent, this guy has communication issues. He refuses to answer the prosecutor's questions, only states his conclusions. They go back and forth with him where quoted here, and elsewhere and he responds and it is then subsequently clarified to be the opposite of his former statement. He is a disaster. But, don't lose sight of the fact that the Sergent absolutely believes this was a justified shooting.
Did Wilson lie about being aware of the robbery? He could have been unaware of the robbery if he turned his radio off, which he may have, but is unlikely. He could have been dim, and just not put it together that these were the guys. But still, assuming he did lie, it would probably be to defend himself against a potential political prosecution for simply doing his job and defending his life. I can not condone lying like this, if in fact he did, and based upon the Sergent's testimony, I can not tell if he did, but I do understand why someone would lie under these circumstances. There was a steady stream of falsehoods broadcast to the nation and it is clear this information was used to create a sympathetic victim in Michael Brown (as it was for Trayvon) and to demonize Wilson (as it was for Zimmerman). In the face of that attack, and the likely attack at the federal level, which is still looming, he may have felt that he had to lie to protect himself from a situation he was not in control of and was much, much larger than him.
Either way, Brown committed a separate felony moments before, he then attacked Wilson, and according to several black witnesses charged at Wilson until he was shot dead. That is the bottom line, and I'm sure something you will not address (@jags). If you want to pick away at the relative transparency of the grand jury process, go ahead, it will not change the essential facts. I would have liked there to be a trial because this would have been out in the open, and the same result would have been achieved, but there is no chance that Wilson could have been convicted of anything other than a bad hair cut, and it would have been a total waste of that community's apparently scarce resources.

Here is one such mother now. She is angry at the man who shot her son as her son held a gun to the head of the people he was robbing. Says the guy should have just left and gone about his business.
