Nice area!

Visiting a friend in Marseille in two weeks myself. Should be Nice, never been to the south coast.
Have you been there by chance?
i've actually lived there for 14 years (though I'm originally from the north of France, and went back there afterwards)! well, not Marseille itself, but Gardanne which is 30min away by car - I don't know Marseille that well as it is closer to Aix en Provence.
it is a great place to spend some time in - beautiful things to see all around and things to do! the south coast is really nice, being between the sea and the mountains is a fantastic feeling
as a place to live in though I much prefered Lille as there are a lot more things going on culturally-wise, and I thought people were nicer in general - I moved from there 8 years ago though, so things have probably changed a lot. but it is definitely a great place to visit - you'll enjoy it :) i heard good things about the scene developing in Marseille nowadays as well. how long are you going to stay there?
Just going to Mars for three days sadly. Should be good though.
I heard great things about Lille, but I've never been.

I played at the sort of night where everyone plays Billy Kenny and other 'deep house' type tunes but played shit like this instead

fucking went off, really surprised the crowd and got a good response.

yo had a nice chat with pinch last night, turns out the mad blood on my hands version he had was some kinda mash up he'd made with tune of his own called apion (?fuckknowscan'tremember) and the cha mix i'd never heard was a benga remix

he said that one got benga back into making tunes cos he was really prolific with skream at first then dropped off till that tune

Highlight of last week was my friend telling me she thinks I'm cool and that she likes me.
