naaaaah you are wrong, mate! i spent days in that game! i bet its a thing of a personal preference, but anyway, as a fan of resident evil sort of stuff and j. romero movies this game was a zombie heaven to me! cant wait for the second one.
I just really didn't see the point in the zombies half the time ! I guess its fun to just go around an bash them up but I dunno - it just got boring for me, plus the graphics, controls and movement
I'll try out the 2nd one for sure though cause it seemed like a good concept.

i went for a gig in Kazakhstan (FUNNY) my mates friends have their on club there, which is like good. by saying good i mean FUCKING SCARY. we locked there with my mate (it was a huge fucking club!) at night, in the underground floor which is a massive cinema with the huge screen on the wall, amazingly good soundsystem and perfectly good (well, looked like 100 year old ones though but..) sofas. we had loads of pepsi, chocolate, chips and a BIG FUCKING BAG OF WEED with us. And of course an xbox360 with Dead Space on it.
so we were there whole night only two of us, in the club, in the dark, under the ground in front of that screen and with all that SOUND around TRIPPING FUCKING BALLS out playing Dead Space. It was just something. we literally felt being there
oh yes and the funniest thing ever was walking to the toilet cuz it was located in the other end which is like 5 minutes to get there through different DARK corridors and rooms and stuff with all that mirrors around, empty dancefloor, empty stages and all that. the only light was a cellphone screen - sick sick sick!!

Fuck alien vs predator. The originals were great because they had the most insane atmosphere ever. Proper silent hill style vibes.

No the atmosphere was from the original Alien movies Alien and Aliens at Sillent hill.

this one isnt that different, plus to be honest the first one was cool only for that reason, and after a while it got pretty tedious with it being on that damn ship all the time,
at least this gives each different race its own playability, like with the predator you rely on stealth, alien brute force and humans with weaponry...
could be promising but still even i need to see a bit more....

Yeah i cant wait to play as the aliens, the predator is alone and has to switch between diffrent visions to see the humans and aliens, the humans are warm blooded but aliens do not radiate heat, as their body heat matches the ambient temperature of the environment in which they are found so they wont show on thermal vision so its just as scary for whoever is the predator you could be hunting humans why an alien is in your face and you cant see it as its ready to open your skull with its inner jaw. Plus if it even gets that close and you see it your dead if you try and kill it, afterall it dose have acid for blood. Playing as the marines is going to be clostraphobic as fuck though. The only weakness with the alien though is you can only kill upclose no long range kills like the predator and humans. I wanna see more on it though to we havent seen enough, but i have high hopes.

this game looks hefty!!!!
It looks alright but im getting bord of GTA type games now they all feel so simular.. but it is getting made by Realtime, the creators of crackdown so it could be promising.

i love gta type games but in all fairness none of these new gen games are as long or as epic as san andreas...
but the multiplayer on apb looks awesome, plus full customisation of character and vehicles should make it that little bit more interesting
plus not to mention crackdown 2 on its way soon!!!

Yeah man, I remember playing online as a marine and seeing/hearing people playing as aliens running around the ceiling and popping down on you. Me and a couple of friends still network the original AVP once in a while. I tried AVP2 but I didn't like it much. Hadn't heard of a new one..
I'm playing Dead Space right now and it's pretty good. Really creepy and I love how it draws heavily from Event Horizon. The view kind of gets on my nerves but I got used to it after a while. Besides that, F.E.A.R was pretty creepy too... and Fatal Frame as well. Many a fightened night playing those with friends+drugs.
Since this is about new games coming out soon though, Dead Space: Extraction came out the other day. It's pretty cool for a Wii game, but kind of limited and obviously doesn't look nearly as nice.
