wait.. so you're paying 200 a month for a barn thats not yours and also invested 15000 into it?
Shouldn't the owners be paying you for fixing up there barn?
..or am i missing something?

no, they shouldn't pay us.

if i rent a room, normally i have to keep it like it is. if i changed something on it, i have to remove it. tha't the law. 200 CHF. are by far the cheapest prupose we had for a room like this 120 m3. we payd for our last space 600 chf. it was the half big, and it allso was a empty unfixed space.

Now we have internet for free. a garden to chillout, a sauna and a lot more for less the half price!!!

so the mister who rent us this space, is a good man, he let us doo what ever we want, and after when were going, he don't want us to remove everything, and he wil pay 50 % of all the costs we had for it.

our last room where we get kicked out, we had to remove everything, and it's not funny, beleve me!
