massive 2nd on Michael Nyman. Was introduced by my mum and taken to see him in 96 then went again a few years ago up here. More recently was more of his operatic works but I'm not really into vocally stuff. So much of his work has such depth and emotion.... I'm an emo boy at heart.bandshell wrote:Bartok

The Japanese national anthem is really nice, the string sections would be pretty good to sample because they're so cleanly played along the melody (proper short though)
