I don't think dreams are ever 'about' anything, I think the meaning we take from them is inductive, as in we decide what they're about based on what we remember.
I mean, it'd be a bit silly to say that your life was about something like that. Just a set of experiences which you feel the way you feel about them once you've had them, imo.

OK, so I was in a bathroom, and there were on duty patrolmen of some kind, on some hiking /camping gear essentials. I saw one of them with a bag of oatmeal and some rope as a few of a shit ton of things in his garbage can of a backpack.
