For the record I do concede that at this point I have no problem with him hes addressed me in a manner that wasnt a silly joke about special education students, and he has delivered a tune (finally!) so I accept you actually do deserve to be aloud ot give advice noways. Those were my two points, not sure what yours ever was but meh. Hope we're cool dude. You proved me wrong, delivered something worth lsitening to, and for that big up.

BUt nah, I dont think the poll needs to end for a while, but I also dont think forever is appropriate or well never have a winner!

Noways...

Next Wednesday 8 pm GMT, roughly same time the thread started, week later...

fair?

didnt expect the vote to be so hard>>> :?

after all said and done i had to go with basic a only because i liked the bassline more. i think with a little more work both tracks will be release worthy. any labels looking for A/B?

I have listened to both tracks once. As a few people have also said, I thought Basic A's production was better, but in the end I preferred what was happening in Noways' track. Basic's track could have won for me if it had a couple more elements/changes. Maybe a switch up in the drums (I like drums :) ) Noways' track opened more creative possibilities and ideas for me.

This tune battle has turned out to be lots and lots of fun :D Especially as the voting is so tight

Let me start off by saying, both of these tunes are shite and I would love to get the last 10 minutes back :c:

Nah not really but the long of the short is, is that I just don't like Nowaysj's tune at all sorry. Basic A's tune has some potential and is defo missing some stuff but I am surprised to listen to it and it kinda reminds me of older Tectonic type biz. As it is, it's not keeping me interested beyond a minute but things could be done to make this a pretty sick track imo. My vote goes to Basic A.

Big up to both of you for taking it on the chin and playing along. I got respect for both of you already but I'll give you both a +1 in my book.

Though call,I had to go with noways because I liked the feel and the more evolving structure with lots of action there..though basic's track was real tight and well produced

LOL this is just sad. -_-

Id have to say Basic A aswell,Gave me an image of elephants on lsd.I thought it was solid as is, especially if someone was intoxicated. The drops and fast sweeps were keen.

Nowaysj back to the drawing board, sorry.

Thought that Basics track had the better production value and alot more clear mixdown, on the other hand nowaysjs track was alot more creative. though call but i went with nowaysj in the end.
Think you should both do a collab now and show us that working together is better then all this tune battle crap! :D

they probably would be better off collaborating.
