you're not looking for 500 though, you only need another 27 fans to reach that. you want over 750, which is my point.
while you wait (probably indefinitely) to reach 750+ fans, the people that joined your group at the beginning such as myself are missing out on the track. its like me saying "i'll give you £100,000 mate, but only once I make £1,000,000"...

sand in your vagina? jesus ever hear of a thing called patience?
maybe if you actually INVITED people to the group like me and a few buds have or did some spamming rather than bitching at someone doing something nice who isn't asking for much in return...
Image
*gasp*
keep up with the internet tough guy act though, it's a good look

Thanks Geeza.

If the truth be told, iv'e seen how big the facebook and youtube pages are for the more "wobble"/"commercial" side of Dubstep and wanted to try and represent the Deeper side of the scene with a great facebook page.
It’s eat or be eaten I think???

In a lot of ways a despise the fact that the internet/youtube/facebook pages are the most important tools to promote music, but just take a look at how powerful UKF, inspector Dubplate, Dubstep (facebook page) are and what effect that has on the whole Dubstep scene.
Don’t get me wrong, I think all those guys are doing a great job, (big up if your reading)
But if we don’t get good pages running for the deeper side, then the deeper side of the scene will no doubt die.

I'm sorry if it sounds crappy that I need to reach "targets" for the page, but I’ve paid for these tunes and all I ask in return is an email and a "like" on the page.
If I don’t get the targets, then I will be unable to pay for more free music to give away.

The simple aim is to be the hub for the deeper side of the scene and will continue to get great tunes to give away to our fans that email us.
We are only going to be giving away the tunes to the users that have joined the page as a fan and emailed us with a delivery email for the tune to go to.

I have some great tunes in the pipeline, but can’t move on to giving these away until I get the fans.
So the quicker we get the fans, the quicker I can move on to the next give away.

Maybe I set the target to high, but I thought there would be a lot more than another 500 people that are willing to email us and "like" the page for a freebee Synkro tune??
I bet if I was giving away a wobbly tune, I’d get tons more than 500 fans, which is ironically my point about the deeper side of the scene getting lost.

I tell you what, lets set the target to 575, then I will email the tune out, sound better?

Soooo fucking sick of chinstroking A-holes on this forum - if they put as much effort into promoting deep stuff online as they put into moaning and bumlicking big labels (who's releases are often actually quite pants despite the hype) on this forum things might be different in this scene

Right now there are a handful of labels actually worth releasing deep stuff on (due to the stifling politics in that side of the scene and a lack of youtube support etc) and there is fuck all chance of most producers getting a conversation from those labels never mind a release, is it any wonder kids with the skills to write that kind of music are turning to noise instead? Don't hate on ppl for trying to change that state of affairs its something more of you miserable stnuc should be doing tbh

BTW ppl talk about deep labels releasing stuff thats more musical but plenty of them know fuck all about real music

Some parts of this scene (labels and fans) are fucking rotten all competition and image with no unity - wish it was more about the music itself without all the bullshit, part of the reason I can't be arsed with writing the more slow paced side of deep anymore, soulful and lively is where its at for me right now
