To be honest though, I don't think dubstep is really falling into the DnB style speed increase yet, as most bits - even early stuff - were 138 or above, and as mentioned elsewhere in this thread, 90+% is within a couple of beats of 140.Chubbs wrote: I think dubstep is already falling into the trap that d&b then breaks have already fallen into (and still lay there starting to rot, imo). Thats not to say that you should necesarily build at that speed, but that tends to be the speed that people play at (if sometimes a little faster!)
