You would think that's a relatively small amount of people compared to some massive events they must sell tickets for. Site's been down for well over an hour - I guess it could just be coincidence?

Re: Outlook festival boat parties
judging by what people are tweeting, everyone is in the same malfunctioning boat.
Re: Outlook festival boat parties
Announcement:
--------------------------------------------------
Despite making the best efforts to deal with the demand due to the massive stress on the ticket site it has become unusable. We have decided to pull the boat party tickets today and choose a better method for sale in the next few day. Really sorry for any time that has been wasted. Information will be sent out when we have decided.

Hmm, looks like we'll have to wait for at least another day. Did anyone manage to get one?

Ticketarena could do with better load balancing by the looks of things, falls over after only 1000 page loads per second.

It was on their facebook page. So many people have been writing on their wall, it must have gone far down. If you go on older posts, it'll be there.

Re: Outlook festival boat parties
this is bollocks, had to go to the library and do this cos our internet's been cut off... really thought i was actually gonna get a ticket for the deep medi boat party too but im less optimistic now. also how could it be getting that many hits when the festival capacity is only li8ke 5,000? plus i doubt everyone would be trying...
