statiktrax wrote:This was serioulsy one of the best shows I ever been to. I've been in the whole rave scene off and on since I was 14 (I'm 26 now) ...eventually that grew its toll. I moved on to the whole dnb scene from there, as well as a lot of breaks, hardkore, etc. I would say I finally started listening to dubstep a little over a year ago. Though I never been to a live event till now. I was caught up with the whole stereotype of thinking it be a lame party with abunch of emo shits just nodding their heads. I bite my fucking tongue, here and now.

A amazing show, from start to end. I nearly sent myself into whiplash when I heard The Professionals remix Mr. Roboto ...damn I felt old too. Then Kidlogic giving us a remix of Luniz's I got five on it. Fucking fire right there.

I should also note I brought a friend along for his first dubstep show as well because he's been talking of wanting to get into spinning beats with me. I spin a lot of dnb, though its the dark nasty shit ;D and he wants to get into dubstep. As soon as we arrived though, talk about a setup! The art gallery cover up was a very nice touch, and then following the bass down into the basement setup where lounge chairs, couches, full bar, and some nasty bass are waiting for us. Thank you Pure Filth!

When N-Type came on though. The place went ape shit. I didn't see a single person there not having a good time. There was none of that crap you get with most jungle/dnb parties with people trying to act like thugs or any of that stupid gangsta shit. All I saw was people who came to have a good time and that's what we did.

So thank you everyone, and thank you N-Type for a memorable experience. I'm sure you felt the Los Angeles vibe strong because I know I sure as hell was. My only regret is, I feel like I robbed you guys only being charged a $10 cover.
This is a fantastic testimonial.
