He's an traditional British woodland god (something that should be absolutely unacceptable to monotheistic Christians!), once you've noticed him, you'll see him everywhere... most churches I've looked at have one somewhere. 8)

I've got it all figured out now: Magma is actually a free mason and actively tries to discredit them in order to keep people from wondering and finding out the real truth. It all makes sense. :6:

So let's take the offense or dodgy arguments out of it. What convinced you? What did you see that turned possibility into probability or even fact?

What kind of "weird shit" and what are her reasons for saying it's happening behind the scenes*?

Most of the "evidence" provided comes from people saying things "definitely happened" that they haven't actually seen with their own eyes.... that's incredibly difficult to trust, especially when the claims are so outlandish.

Any videos of the accused worshipping Satan? Any interviews of old stars on their deathbeds making confessions? Or do we only have words of people who don't even know them? Why does *nobody* ever break the silence? Thousands must have been involved over the years... how come none of them have ever blown the whole thing wide open so there's no doubt anymore? Why does it always involve "believing" rather than "knowing"?

How has this been going on for centuries and NOBODY has managed to prove it?

*assuming "behind the scenes" is somewhere she doesn't get to see, otherwise it wouldn't be behind the scenes...
Watch the videos I posted in the first post I made.....1 of them is over an hour but it will explain a shit ton and it's worth watching/interesting and open your mind to a whole new level. If you refuse to then you're just ignorant and should stop yapping.

I'd watch the ones after the Bohemian Grove. Like the Music Industry/Artists Selling their Souls/Dave Chapelle etc.

at what point have i said im 'utterly convinced'?

i dont need to write it again in response just read my last post again i guess its a waste rewording it

I'll have a look, but honestly, I've seen endless videos, essays and books on this since being a teenager in the mid 90s... we've discussed it ad nauseum on this forum as well - do a little bit of searching, especially for threads started by Parson or Alien Pimp. I can't see the thumbs of your videos as I'm at work and YouTube is blocked, but from the descriptions I think I've seen most of them already at various times.

It's very interesting that the same video can elicit a response of "Yep, it's possible" in one person and "Yes, it's true" in another.

Pistons: Ok, then we don't disagree? IMO these theories are possible in the same way that The Matrix is possible - absolutely concievable, but not necessarily probable... it's up to the individual to decide how likely. I think they're pretty unlikely as the 'rational' explanations tend to fit without any critical problems or holes; you feel differently... I'm happy to leave it at that.

Either way, I'm not sure it has much of a bearing on life... nobody's life is made better or worse by believing in these theories, is it?

its not really a conspiracy theory is it johnboy given this stuff is there and it definitely has meaning the only conclusion left to be drawn is why
I disagree that just because something contains a "symbol" it definitely has meaning. It could have a meaning, or it could just be plain old aesthetics, laziness or plagiarism... given how shallow the pop industry is, I think it's probably the latter (you'll have noticed I agree that symbolism was relevant on old buildings/churches)... but either way "definite" is pretty difficult to get to.

Early Christians built churches on pagan places of worship and most of the new 'initiates' to Christianity were still pagan having been practically forced to join in. The green man symbols were probably put up by the builders getting one back on the people who commissioned the churches...

"Well, we'll come to church but we're worshiping who we want, not your random god!"

Yeah I was looking for something about symbols of buildings on maps and the article in OP popped up and made me laugh so I thought I'd share it with the SNH... didn't think it would be quite so well received though

I'm not believing in any of this conspiracy stuff until I see some empirical evidence to support it. :4:

Hoo boy, I had a feeling that this would turn into "youtube walls and the same tired pics" thread.

I am definitely going to start writing a book, since it appears that there are still plenty of people who buy into this stuff.

A little off topic, but... I'm actually kind of an armchair expert on the Green Man. It's incredible where you'll spot him once you start looking for him too. It's really fascinating to me that such an overtly pagan symbol could flourish right under the noses of the most oppressive Christian European societies.

All of these ideas are based on the fact that for centuries these groups have been implenenting a plan to make life crapper for the average person, basically. What for?

A horrible corrupt pedo ring is probably just a group of horrible corrupt men who often have the power to conceal horrendous crimes.
But you think they are doing it to gain higher conciousness and knowledge? WTF

classic snh material tho, bigup for that
It doesn't make much sense that masons would have been starting huge charities, and collecting and donating funds to others for centuries if they wanted to make people's lives worse. Check into how many hospitals and housing buildings and charities are in your cities funded by mason lodges.

I don't know why people are talking about The Satanic Bible either. Laveyan Satanisn is more akin to atheism with direct spite for all things Christian. The reference to Satan is in jest and is symbolic of everything Christians hate. There is no belief in any deities, and ceremonies are theatrical. Anyway, Howard Levy aka Anton LaVey started that church as a money making endeavour and bastardized some of Crowley's works. Basically a smaller Scientology.

Although there are a handful of smaller lodges who will only accept Christians (ironically in pagan countries like Norway), the reference to 'belief in a higher power' is completely open to interpretation of the initiate. Anyone from any religion can join, or no religion. You can even be atheist, but obviously an atheist would think of the Universe as a 'higher power' which it is. There is no requirement to believe in a conscious creator.

Any one of you can become a freemason, all you have to do is go to any lodge and ask. They are not allowed to recruit. Wait a few years, pay dues, and rise in degrees. There are millions of freemasons in every major country, which is no doubt why some of them are criminals. Gather 2 million names and I'm positive quite a few of them would have been convicted molesters or murderers of all backgrounds, some Christian, some atheist, some Jewish, some politicians, and some freemasons.

There has only been hate for masonry in the last couple of hundred years found in writings, and it sort of culminated during WW2 when izan Germany killed an estimated 100,000-200,000 freemasons simply because they were masons and 'posed a threat' to the izan party. There's not much talk of that anywhere though.

The youtube videos are always very entertaining though. I find the thought of Jay Z and Gaga having some Satanic control conspiracy going on quite funny. They worship one thing for sure: money. The handsigns and references are controversial, and controversy sells better than anything on the planet. Did you see that totally idiotic Nicki Minaj show during the Grammys? You can bet her sales picked up as people linked/debated/condemned it as Satanic which was no doubt the point.

Anyway, people are copying Gaga, and Gaga is just copying artists before her that did the symbolism in videos and photoshoots. She is obviously influenced by Marilyn Manson who was the king of Masonic symbolism in the 90s. As already mentioned in this thread, artists are directly drawn to symbolism.
