OFFICIAL: dsfp is 10% better.

Thinking dubway could pay deadly to create dramatic readings of classic threads. This is just amazing.

I'm not trying to put myself above others. I'm just trying to help the people here realize that you will never get anywhere if all you do is play catch-up with other artists.

Skrillex's favorite band was KoRn, but he didn't get famous by trying to BE KoRn, he got famous by doing his own thing which eventually caught on and he pretty much invented a fucking style of music.

You're not going to get anywhere or do anything special by going on a forum and asking how to recreate an artist's sound, and then hiding behind the excuse of "Oh, I don't want to copy him, I just want to learn from making the sound.".

If you're just wanting to do this as a hobby and not become some rockstar type producer, then it's w/e to me. But if you expect to become the next big thing by copying last month's fad then you're kidding yourself. I'm just trying to help.
Skream and Benga got their sound from trying to copy el-b/wookie etc and that kind of led to dubstep...

That narration is just begging for some kind of animation of all the 'characters' to go with it.

im 25 and iv been producing for nearly ten years. i obviously cant do everything single sound out there but i have no problem making most sounds so thats why i gave my two cents just to be helpful ;-)
i dont have a sig tune up therefore people will presume i cant do anything.. but here's a quick WIP of mine mostly done with an FM synth i made in synthmaker.

also the growls & monster sounds are done with just two sinewaves with 3xosc & plenty FX. not saying im any good but most people would rely on massive or fm8 for those kind of sounds, but yeah i mustn't know what im talking about when i give advice since us guys here can't do shit
also sorry for going off topic OP :t:
Well I made this with one sine wave, a reverb plug in, and microsoft word.
