again, I didn't want to stop playing. yeah I got pissed at the sound boy cuz he wouldn't turn it up. people obviously wanted it turned up. so after I told him off he ran only highs into my monitors, meaning all I could hear from that point on was hats and other high pitched sounds. if it's too difficult to understand what it's like to attempt to mix like that then I don't know what to tell you. think what you want of me. I didn't storm off, I waved goodbye and left.

people can say all they want about how other djs didn't complain about the conditions and that is fine. but it's not the case when someone is deliberately fucking with your sound. I hung around in the mud too, had a choice not to show up even, but I did. so why then would I go to some place to get covered in mud only not to play for a bunch of people also covered in mud that wanted to HEAR me play? I wanted to hear me play too.

I'd also like to add that I wasn't dissing on british people but the uk itself. was clowning around, people shouldn't take it the wrong way.

he has just made a complete twat out of imself
what a fucking retard
i think that sounds perfectly like the accounts i heard to be honest, i wasn't there but it sounds like it definitely wasn't as bad as some people are making out.

imagine you're trying to get the soundman to turn it up (as it sounds like many people wanted to) and the dickhead gets pissed off with you and messes with your monitors in revenge...i'd fucking walk off

mmm first good explanation i've heard.

Still not goin back next year as there were problems with the sound last year as well.

Had a pretty rough wknd g/f freaked out on shrooms, my party prescription wasn't up to scratch(apart from the shrooms ).

Don't need to be buzzin to enjoy quality music, but found it really hard to get into it sloppin about in the mud, miserable girl in tow & overkill just wasn't loud enough!

Shame as line-up was awesome an there were some quality sets this year. Was worth goin for the dubstep, clark etc. But i'm not convinced that there won't be similar problems at future glades

Got there 2am sunday morning and popped over the fence pretty easily. (there was already carpet placed over it) walked around in the mud for a few hours and finally found some ppl we knew and somewhere to chill.
Sat round all night waiting for coki which was a big set even if he's not the best dj yet, he brings the tunes!
Then, bit pissed off loefah wasn't there but managed to catch Iration Steppas which was sick.
And finally Mala's set was huge and he looked pretty emotional havin tent full of ppl goin off to his tunes, which was cool.

only bad thing was I got sun burnt to fuck and had to give away a teenth driving in to avoid gettin whole car searched.
