Yeah... mine is still just all the samples on beat 1, bar 1. A few of them made it in to a sampler. I don't know why I pretend I'm ever going to submit one of these.

To confirm, although it's not explicitly covered in the rules, no you cannot record your own vocals.

People still not labelling their tracks properly...I've had at least half a dozen entries that download as 37.wav or 37.mp3 :u:

Seriously guys, it's not hard to label your stuff properly in both file name and ID3 tags :roll:

Contest is now CLOSED

Despite all the noise and people putting their name down, we only had 16 entries in the end. However, this does make it rather easier in terms of voting, so here's what we're going to do;

4 groups each of 4 tunes
Top 2 tunes from each group go through to the knock out stages
Winner of one group will play the runner up from the opposite group.

Clear?

So you're not going to post all the tunes now?
Going decide this round before posting the next group?

Exactly. One group at a time...16 tunes is still a lot to listen through all at once IMO.

Sounds good.
Keep up the good work.

Smor3s - nope.
The voting takes time to finish.
Then we go into the semis and finals.

Okay cool.. This is the first competition I ever gave a care about, since I never really did any before, so I am excited to see how this progresses..

Good luck to everyone /)
