wicked night! best DMZ in ages.

large up geiom for the warmer, some really nice sounds soundin crisp on that system.

mystikz and loe was so heavy. that flowdan vocal of 'poison dart' (military headgear, gloves and mask) is fuckin sick! i think i prefer it to the warrior queen one now.

missed most of kode9 which im miffed about now. plastic killed it with them acapella mixes-one with jakes was out of control.

big up DMZ for givin me the last slot, and big up to everyone who stayed skankin til the end. it was heavy vibes

Absolutely blinding night. Best one for a while.
Respect to all involved, but particularly Oneman.
Bloodyhell. I've never seen a dance that lively at 6am.

Got to say, Geiom was absolutely wicked - loved his style. Never seen him play before.

Goth Trad was good but, like loads of people have said, it's not really my thing. Massive respect, though - doing his thing. It just sounded a touch noisy and not too warm; perhaps has something to do with playing off a laptop?

DMZ - what can you say...

The Kode - such a sick DJ. Every set I see by him just gets better and better.

Plastician - nasty.

One of my favourite moments was EFA asking random Asian dudes if they were goth trad after just having watched him on stage for an hour...
...
Year I opted out of my glasses :D

I was in the Bomb once and I asked a random dude if he was Thomas Bangalter!
And thank god for KFC/McD's being open all hours with decent toilets...
Got that sorted then? Saaaaaaafe!

Out to the guy showing us pictures of his family outside, had to dash mate - sorry.

There were quite a few moments at DMZ were I remembered why I got so excited about dubstep in the first place.

Just thought I should stop lurking and finally post . . . been listening to this stuff for a while now but being in Oxford don't get much chance to hear it live - Saturday was my first time and blew me away!! Can't wait till I get up to town again for another night . . .

this happened to me too.. it most certainly isn't right

old man pubs are worse for it though
Oh fuck yeah! I was dancing at one point, and then this horrendous stench appeared (wasn't me!). I looked around, there was this bloke looking shifty, and then he wandered off!

I have excatly the same feeling (for ths same reason) - I found myself in the D-Hole (Dragon) for a bit - sat down chillin - think that was kode 9's set as I have no memory of it - gutted.

Cannot put into words how perfect that was as a clubbing experience, down to the ravers as much as the DJ's - all your chests!

DMZ are the standard by which all dubstep nites shall be judged!!!

Out to Mala on the camcorder, if you got any footage of me in the dance then thats gonna pretty embarrassing fo sho.

It was my first DMZ and I was being prepared by people to be let down but in mt heart of hearts I know I was going to Dubsteps spiritual home. I was not disappointed in anyway!

BLOODY HELL i was like a teenage girl at a beatles concert during Gothtrads set.

it was some of the best music ive ever seen/heard and i spent so much energy during
that set that i could barely bring myself to dance afterwards.

as standard had one of the most horrible hangovers the next day involving throwing up yellow liquid on a train (twice!!).

BIG NIGHT!

Loved it all, didn't stop skankin from the moment i got in for the start of our boy Geioms set, til we got called out for the minibus just before six. Big love to all the Notts minibus crew, definitely up for Exodus and the next DMZ. Mini bus driver was talking about dropping everybody off home if this was going to be a regular thing and maybe even coming in for a night himself.

Can't pick my favourite set of the night, loved it from start to finish. Always love Geioms sets, Kode9 killed it, Goth Trads set was refreshing (never heard anything like that at a dubstep night before), Plastician always gets me skankin, Oneman what can i say was almost too much!

Big up to all the people i spoke too throughout the night!
Definitely be down for the next one.
