Never used my overdraft so that helps.

If its easy and painless, Free £160 is not bad for doing nothing.
I do have like 5 accounts with HSBC though as I divide my pay into Spending> Creditcard> Rent account> ISA> General savings because Im strange..

Check the T&Cs to make sure there aren't any hidden bits you're overlooked, otherwise go for it. If you're not using your OD facility anyway, it makes sense to get the extra bit out of it.

Direct debits to take care of the rent/CC etc and take it from there, really.
