Dubstep Wobble Always Conquers Sub
In my opinion wobble should be left to the originators because they do things different with it. Those that do interesting stuff with wobble can do it, but everyone that copies, especially these bedroom producers as Thinking said, just don't know how to cut it and a lot of the wobble I hear sounds exactly the same as the next guy from the North Pole. I always say that there is so much more to Dubstep, listen to Malas, Cyrus, Conquest, Silkie, Burial etc etc, the list goes on. These producers are incredible and how much wobble do they use... none.

you're a nutter. that shit made absolutely no sense...'u cant always make a strawberry one' 'massive drum echo. woom woom' and 'technologic power' were the highlightsfeasible_weasel wrote:Burial![]()
Dubstep is like a trifle....u can add more jelly (wobble)Custard (drums) Bassline (Sponge)synths (Cream topping) Alcohol (Atmosphere)Fruits/Nuts/toppings (effects)
Now everybody likes trifle for a certain reason, and u can add and take or add more stuff, like a jelly heavily ladden one.
But The key is that u cant always make a strawberry one. and u will eventually to perfect it... get every topping of the same quality![]()
otherwise its just jelly with the other stuff thrown on top and below.
Drums: use many different kits, echo effects etc
Wobble: sometimes is can be subtle, but u can heavy up the synths.
Atmosphere: limitless, u can add anything, just as long as it dont crowd the tune.
Bassline: a good heavy basseline, give a tune some body, and also when u do a massive drop and come back down, the impact is massive.
Synths: a good powerful synth is important as its give a slow song some speed, and technologic power
Effects: glitches and warps, give dubstep IMO its more important stand out thing. massive drum echo. wooom wooom. (this is why technically i love dubstep like frijji milkshake)

Fair enough,
Digital Mystikz - I Wait is an exception.
All of the the other sub bass tunes don't mean nothing in my books.

Sub is the main element. Its the weight of the tune.
A tune with no sub would dead a dance straight, even if it had the sickest wobble.
Dubstep is bass driven music and without the sub theres no bass.
I remember listening to older bassline grime tunes in my bedroom and thinkin it was the bassiest weightiest tune.Id hear them out on a rig and be wondering whats going on,the mids are filthy but theres no real bass.
You have to hear the tunes on proper rigs to understand about sub.
