Last time I was at the dentist getting a tooth pulled i found out the hard way they don't give a fuck if you have a whopping tolerance for painkillers

during the op or they didn't give you enough to take home? i thought they mainly anesthetized with benzos and propofol anyway

Fuck, I don't even want to imagine this happening in some bigger procedure. Some people have woke up with their belly sliced open. Read some shit about someone who had a tooth removal. Doctor tried to pull the tooth off and then came to the conclusion "it's a toughie, give me a scalpel". Patient passed out from the pain after that.

had 5 anaesthetic injections once to have a tooth removed could still feel it after when she tapped. cancel it she said, fuck that I said. the pain had been unbearable and the assistant was peng (I knew her) had it jacked out with no numbness and shuddered gripping my sides to quell the pain. bit of puss (i imagine) squirted out and peng goth assistant said she got off on stuff like that.

yeah plastic, they don't dissolve
you remove them from a foil pouch & pull off plastic cover sheet before applying.
medicinally they deliver a regular dose for 3 days and are then replaced
but apparently there's still enough in used ones for spacecowboys.

apparently its easy as fuck to get in the UK if you just ask nicely at certain non-big-brand pharmacies

its actually pretty fun and very cheap to do once you work out what you need
