Because he used to love eating farley's rusk's when he was a teenager getting lean up, so his mates called him rusk. Just added the O when he started billin dubstep tunes.
You can't test the oldskool rusk tunes, proper deep instrumental hiphop sickness. Man of many talents.

He makes some quality tunes but there's no real variety. Big wobbly tunes are good to shake up the dance but an entire night of said tunes gets boring
Don't talk to me about soundsystems, I've been to Leeds...

rusko's tunes r quality. i think it's unfair to pigeon hole wot he does too. for example, jah love and cockney thug r a world apart but they both do it for me. hammertime, snes dub, jahova and loads more r all top rate and they've all got different vibes. like a couple people said earlier, if it's good music, it's good music. i don't wanna hear an entire set of the same style. the energy that tunes like cockney thug bring to a rave can be a breath of fresh air in a set of ploddin half steppers. equally, pure 'jump up' dubstep sets could get tiresome too. people bein afraid to play stuff that they consider not to be 'their style' even tho they like it will kill a scene. ur always gonna get haters if ur succesful. the fact that there's a 5 page thread on him's gotta show he's doin somethin right...
