However, I am going to refrain from discussion as I would rather not recede into my own rectum.

If you are going to be at Platform 1 tonight, then we can have a bottle fight in the smoking area or something.
Probably not going to be there due to my general e-bay stupidity this month. Oh and I hate the tnuc on this forum that wouldn't offer a postal discount for 3 records (£9 p&p), sent them second class, left him bad feedback for excessive postage and then the pigfucking cocksack left me some in retaliation EVEN THOUGH I'D PAID THE FULL AMOUNT. I'll get that dickless pissbag chucked off of there if it kills me.

If you do wish to continue the discussion you can do so via pm's, I quite like being proved wrong in all honesty, much better to have your views challenged than stubbornly stick to your guns regardless of the evidence against - I fucking hate those people.

Why not accidentally smash the radio at work to pieces and then say you're stricken with a physical manifestation of Tourettes? If they don't believe you, staple gun them to the walls and put paper beneath their feet and say that you're going to burn them for witchcraft (make sure you have a really twitchy insanity in the face when you do it). You'll get a little spell in a psychiatric unit but then afterwards should be almost perfectly unemployable and be on a good whack of invalidity benefits for life.

You can then concentrate on doing things you want to do. Problem solved.

Thinking of becoming a life coach, pm me for rates (less for cash naturally)

Jumped up little promoter pricks who think it's OK to get security to remove paying punters from a club because they have questioned their mate's attempts to exercise spurious 'authority' in the most pointless manor. Fucking scum.

well i was swimming across a trench, about let me see at about 1 mile out to sea, i was heading from one reef to another but to get to the other u have to cross a channel thats about a mile wide. Well we had crossed.. done a bit of spare fishing on the reef and decided to head back to shore. As we where swimming across the trench an unnerving shadow decided to swim beneath me... as i continued to swim... the shadow continued to follow and as time went by the shadow became ever more life like. imagine to your surprise when your no more then 5 feet away from a fish thats twice the length of you. Its the closest i ever want to get to a shark again.. im not going to lie i started to cry hahah.. this thing had taken an interest in me, and i was shit scared... coming face to face with a tiger shark aint easy to say the least. it decided to circle beneath me for a moment or two then dived down into the depths where it came from....

agree with you here shonky.

i hate the notion that inltelligence is proportionate to the amount of letters after your name, and that anyone who chose not to attend university is automatically a sludge-brained fuckhead with no life prospects...

i usually find the most 'intelligent' people are those who actively seek knowledge throughout their life, instead of being fed three years of shit in their late teens and then never picking up a book again..

alfie - most people i know are at or have been to university. Whilst not stupid i wouldn't call any of them intellectual, but those who have finished it and got a degree have found it easy to get well paid jobs.

i think if anything 3 years of student life probably reduces intelligence, but at least its easy to get paid. anyways my point is, uni is for jobs, not brain.

Gah!! What are you lot on about??

You are making sweeping generalisations here! Exactly the kind of sweeping generalisations made by the sorts of idiot unthinking students you are criticising.

No, you don't need to go to university in order to be intelligent. Yes, a lot of today's students are only at uni so they can get jobs.

But to write off academia completely is idiotic. Some people study a subject because they are interested in it and they can apply what they have learned to every day life rather than just within the strict confines of employment.

Study isn't for everyone, but don't write off those that choose to go to University as unthinking morons who only have money in mind.

at the end of the day my worst hate.... the thing that can make me loose my temper is Fake people.

thats my one real hate that i cannot overlook, the first sign of a shift in ones costume is enough for me to change my opinion about that person for the worst.
Yeah and they always seem so obviosly fake aswell. Like, you'd think they would at least put a bit of time and effort and maybe some fucking practice into being something thet are not. Maybe some people are just really gullable and fall for it,so the fakers hang around with then and stay away from people who are a little more astute to thet faking ways.

to be honest i'd say i've probably got less intelligent since before i went to uni. think that's got more to do with a lack of motivation though but a large proportion of students i know don't care that much about their cause. they (and me) largely went to uni because they didn't know what else to do with their lives and if they didn't drop out altogether they just did the bare minimum they could and came out of uni with a very average degree. personally, in many ways i wish i'd not gone to uni. yeah i've got all the cheesy 'life experience' stuff but i've also got fuckloads of debt and i'm now doing a job i could easily get straight out of school

on the other hand for those that actually have a passion to learn or a passion for their cause then uni is great

not to mention that a lot of uni students are academically clever and can do well in exams if they work their arses off but they're actually pretty damn stupid compared to some non-academic. believe me theres a fuckload of them

chain emails...

...'I dont usually forward these messages'
or...
...'Sorry to post this on your wall but...'
or...
...'you must forward this on to at least 5 people or some one very close to you will die'

Worst thing is that you tend to get sent these by people who should know better.
harden the fuck up.
