Sorry, have to disagree. Pigeons are most definitely the meth heads of the avian world.

As soon as i get me mitts on a camera I'm posting photos, Auckland has some of the worlds mankiest pigeons i reckon...
they're both pretty shit choices tho'. not making it easy, eh Thief

Seagulls are the geezers of the air, mostly pretty aggressive, loud and obnoxious. They have two calls which I have interpreted as "OI" and "WHAT" which they seem to squawk constantly

On a related note, I once saw two seagulls exactly side by side, exactly a car width apart, squashed completely flat on the main street of Port Chalmers.
Also, seeing seagulls eating left over KFC seems wierd. But then I guess some people eat monkeys?

seagulls are violent and will snatch your pasty right out of your hands.
pigeons are more passive and are grateful for any food you happen to donate to them.
no competition imo. and i can't believe seagulls are currently winning this poll.
