Really good article...one thing though I find with these articles is that they hardly ever feature anything north of the border...we do actually do things up here in Scotland

I'm not going to start producing dubstep just bc there is a lack of women, but bc i fucking love it and it is the genre of choice for me...i would expect any promotor to treat me the same as any man not jsut bc i'm a woman...but still it does seem a bit girlie dj lonely in colorado's dubstep scene.

My point exactly. There are quite a few of us women up in Scotland doing our bit for dubstep, and it's not that I/we want a big up, it's just with pretty much any dubstep feature I have seen that talks about the scene seems to miss out Scotland...anyways, no biggie just an observation
