If your priority is feeding your family on a job that doesn't pay enough but one you absolutely need, and you can't get another one because the economy is shot and people aren't hiring and if they are, they're not paying enough...
If your priority is getting a car and keeping it running even if gas prices are exorbitant and loans are hard to come by...
If your priority is making sure your pregnant spouse has all her vitamins and pre-natal care...
If your priority is being able to afford burying a family member...or taking care of a sickly aging parent...

surely having internet and a tool to use it takes precedence, yeah? Again, intelligence and amount of flexible income are two completely separate entities. If anything, you should count yourself as lucky that you are privileged enough to not see the difference, but you owe it to yourself to do so.
