Bananas are inherently good. They have particular aminos that are found in only a few other select foods. These aminos help release seratonin so even if a banana is bad its good. They are also a good source of potassium. Also over analysing bananas is GOOD for the soul

i also have it on good authority that bananas are strictly against being over-analyzed. Move along people, you wouldn't want people staring if that banana was your mother now would you?
