how powerful is the soundsystem in Mass?
i have only been to DMZ at 3rd bass...

how does it compare?

as long as dmz isnt as same as it was last time it should be alright i got a bit annoyed when almost every dj played the same tune...?

wattage isn't the be-all and end-all of how loud a system is - the actual perceived volume is not directly proportional to the amount of power it kicks out (it's more of an exponential curve), plus it depends a lot on the size/shape of the speakers, where crossovers are set etc...I know a free party crew with a rig about 9k, but it would knock you clean over at 10 paces.

Trust, the system in Mass is easily enough to inflate your trousers, plus the soundman seems pretty proactive, tweaking the desk all nite to keep it soundin sweet.

I'm sure your crew won't be disappointed. ;)

I'm sure for the summer blazedown it was a 12k rig but dont quote me on that I just remember MAH saying something on the show. Last time wasn't as powerful on the sub as May but it was less harsh as well, pretty good I thought but not quite the hurricane that is the Iration Steppas system, that broke my left ear :?

Very true.. the guy really likes dubstep :) He's on the forum after every DMZ asking for feedback :D Seems like a properly sound chap..
