yeah, i was there. the guy is undoubtably a musical legend, but many of his sets leave a lot to be desired and that one was no exception. he knows he can charge huge monies and get away with playing what he wants, which is a shame really. i just get the impression he's fed up with it all now.

Sad to think that although he's made a good career out it equally he is basically locked into it for income.

well yeah, i think you are right.
2003 - 26 mixes for CASH
2005 - analord series split up into 11 EPs.. (MONEY!)
2007 - the tuss - rushup edge, 6 tracks on 3 vinyl

dunno if hes said something along these lines, but it would be absolutely no surprise to me if he only released tunes when he needed the cash/publicity

hope we see some releases next year
