no, but alot are...

konkrete jungle every monday is 18+ standardly.

but most parties in nyc are in bar/clubs that earn money from the 21+ crowd and dont want the extra scrutiny from the city for 18... and if its a weekend night, the clubs want a event that will bring them as many drinkers as possible..

our drinking age is 21. its bullshit, but it is what it is...

that said, there really are plenty of 18+ parties...
