@ Nicorisone - Sounds great. Very mellow and soothing. Liking all the sounds. Nice one.

@ Lordbid - I really like this track dude, sounding really nice. I like the disjointed feel to it, especially at the start. Great style, i look forward to hearing the finished track.

@ a.paul - I thought it took a little too long for the lead to come in at the start. I really like the feel of the track toward the end though when the instruments fill out more.

@ Venture - ..... :O ....... :O MAD style man. Thats some bendy crazy shit. Yeah... wow.

@ Reignz - Sounding big as usual! Nice intro. Really nice instruments you've used, sounds heavy. Will be keeping an ear out for the finished version.

I've got 2 tracks up today. Really appreciate any feedback. The second track is doing my head in a bit, been trying to make it shorter and i'm still working out the flow. I've been experimenting with leads but ended up ditching them. Also i'm not sure i like some of the vocal cuts i'm using. So any help will be great! :D

Final re-work of the track, went back to the source and mixed the levels again making sure I followed some of the excellent advice from the Mixing & Mastering production thread :)

Let me know what you guys think,

@Olux - Noidea - I think the drums are too static and get a little boring especially in that intro part, it didn't really grab my attention. I think if you switched them up a little bit more added some syncopation, changed up the hihats etc, this track would be sick, everything else is badass in my opinion especially that 303 bass or whatever they are called. sounds like action movie music. great mixdown too, and your sounds are great but I think some more love on the drums etc.. and as this is a wip im sure you will be able to fix that pretty easily.

hibernation - super epic drop, I like how it kind of has the same vocals! obv it needs some more hihats in there I think. honestly this is super sick, kinda seems like you and I were on the same thought level when making our tunes lol. your mixdowns are really great. My fav part was probably those dnb drums that filter in every now and then, so cool! I don't really have a critique in a negative way for this track.

@means- Meteor shower- like the pad opening and the hats are good too. Nice harmonic dissonance there, big fan of that and you can't go wrong with laser noises. Very big sub too, kind of overrides everything else, maybe too big? Really like the arpeggios, maybe would sound better with more feedback on the delay on them, it sounds a bit empty otherwise. A variation on the drumbeat would be nice too-- a really good foundation with a alterations this could be a huge one

@olux- first one, really like the portamento on the synth, it goes reallyu well with the kind of juddering beat, the synths all work really well together, youve got aome real musical talent, is that a vocal sample, i can't evn tell it's so well imtegrated, oh my god this is HUGE really love it, especially after 2:30 where all the elements fit really well into each other. The only thing I can think of doing is sticking a sub in, put a bit more bass on, I know i hate it when people tell me there's not enough bass but only thing I can think of
- second one, high expectations now, same vocal? sounds much more ominous, really like the metallic noises. Argh wobble! at 1:28 it sounds like it's about to go into some mad dnb thing too. Not the biggest wobble fan but i really like the disjointed feel to it all, like a spaceship crashing into the ground and all the bits falling apart really dramatically. The vocal doesn't work too well in here you're right, maybe pitch shift it down. Agh i'm just dieing for that fast beat to be sustained for a few bars at least! another amazing track

@Nicorisine- extended cut seems to have disappeared, ooh burialesque, sounds really good, but it feels kind of cold and empty compared to his stuff- it's missing the warm crackle he has in his stuff, the rain noises and such, but again really nice work

This is mine, put to shame by the ones ive heard today but, have a listen anyway please- it's supposed to be like this big wall of noise gothic Salem-like thing

@ Reign: Production is top notch as always. Levels are good. Mixwise i think the snare could be a bit more spaced out. I'm not digging this tune as much
as i like "Bun dem" or "Mau!". I prefer your funkier tunes over your darker ones. Overall it's very pro sounding and all, but not totally my cup of tea.

@ Venture: Pretty original. I think it's a bit too random at times. I'd feel the tune more if it was a bit more "sequenced". Mix and levels overall
seem all right. I very much like the reeces your threw in, maybe add some more? Overall i think it's awesome, finish it!

@ Olux - No idea: Wow i'm feeling this. Intro is very nice but a tad too long imo. Drop is a bit of a letdown tbf. I expected a thicker
and nastier (reece) bass. The vocal works.

@ Hutyluty: Not a big fan of your wall of noise mate =/. You definitely have some nice melodies going but the mix makes it really hard to enjoy them.

My wippy - Would love some feedback.

@Olux liking this one. love the use of different sounds, for some reason it reminds me of the movie Snatch? haha don't know why, but loving it though, vocal samples are cut up great!

@NICORISONE - liking the quick vocal break in the extended cut.

@ninthy4 that drops pretty heavy but I think the higher pitched computer noises are a little harsh on the ears - it's a cracker other than that though!

@whippy or something ( I cba to go back and double check haha ) I'm liking where the intro is going a lot!

Heres mine - It's a little repetitive at the minute so if you become bored at any point, please bare with it haha! The last chorus is probably the most interesting part!

(Check my Sig)

@ninthy4 - the drop is dope man! loving the computer noises! great shakers at 1:19, great groove. I'd maybe play with the pitch a bit on the talking robot sounding bassline bit, just to change things up a bit.

@Stebrah - nice percussion so much going on! nice dark bit. video game ish synth bits liking it.

@superginger: vocals in beginning are terrific, the transition there is a little hard to swallow, but I'm sure you're working on that

@nicorisone: deeeep, love those vocal samples

@stepbrah: would like to hear that with the kick drum changed up a little bit, I think that's the only real repetitive part

here's mine, tribal funky thing
edit: soundcloud seriously fucked, i'll post when i get shit sorted out
