If Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina wanted to secede and form a new country, would you be cool with that?

I am antidivorce in general, but there are times when it can improve situations. We should have definitely let the country part ways in 1861. Might have even gotten back together. Our country never recovered from that war, it broke the restraints set in the constitution.

Of course, we are stronger together. I think the unanswered question here is why can't a country like Ukraine support itself? Why must it be folded into one of the two poles of global political power? Are countries just economically not viable in this day and age?
