using grands advice to try pouring boiling hot kewttle water over a towell then wrapping it round my neck cause i slept on it wrong and im in agony, fucking agony

try taking some magnesium too. donno if you have it out there but in the states theres this stuff called 'calm' or 'calmag' which would really help. it's basically just calcium and magnesium (muscle relaxant) and u just mix it wif juice ....

thanks for the advice, its never hurt this bad b4, apologies if there is any typos, i cant turn my neck and look at the keyboard without moving my whole body haha

If you cant get that, use them heat pads. I went through this, it turned out I pulled a muscle in my neck whilst I was sleeping. Try rubbing it gently, but don't try and move it back to normal yet, it will KILL. I almost fainted from the pain.

wondering why i've never listened to jungle whilst doing work before. i could easily get all my work done by lunchtime and then spend the afternoon doing nothing. plan for tomorrow then :)

my boss likes to tell me, "Isn't it time for jungle/dnb?" when we're behind because my production goes through the roof. SMH @ youngish bosses.
