Russell Wilson ROTY?????

no.... not even close


Russell Wilson, while great, is far from the ROTY. He was on a good team. Before we knew if wilson was even the QB, I called that seahawks defense was going to be stellar.

Wilson and RG3 were asked to do far less for their teams than Andrew Luck. Andrew Luck was asked to do far more and his team showed far more improvement.

Cousins could have replaced RG3 and while they wouldn't have been as good they would have been a good team.
Flynn could have replaced Wilson and while they wouldnt have been as good they would have been a good team.

Maybe 5 people on the planet earth could have played in Luck's place and taken a 2 win team to a 11 win season. This team was HORRIBLE last year and not a whole lot of changes were made outside of bringing in luck as far as key personnel (personnel changes were kind of a wash for them).

Luck was asked to do far more, and delivered far more.
