Zena, thanks to one of your posts on the Tune Of The Day thread, listened to the new Jam Baxter album today and that made me happy. Good to hear some quality UK hip hop, don't hear enough of it to be honest (not because there is none, but just been a bit oblivious to it recently)

:)

Well after hearing what was on Youtube I got it pre-ordered. But being impatient and wanting to get some of his stuff to play to a mate in his car, used a naughty method to locate a promo copy. It's hot stuff!

Will give Dirty Dike a listen now :)

Ohh .. so tempting, I must resist :u:

GoodGood, 'Strange Alias' probably my favourite track on the album, and probably the most naughtiest
Proper summer vibes, but all wicked

That boys got skills. Strange Alias, Self Portrait, Decible Dike - all dynamite. Wish i'd discovered these guys earlier.

Feel a little nostalgic listening to these tracks though, reminds me of being about 15 and discovering MSI & Asylum and 57th Dynasty. In fact, gonna dig their albums out now.

My taste for (real) UK Hip Hop has been re-ignited :!:

Was cycling to Brentford, clocked a sweet looking blonde and the bus stop, caught her eye and as I cycled past her I saw a sweet Mayhem patch on her back. Hottest girl that listens to black metal I've ever seen. Actually come to think of it, most of the people I saw when I was cycling about were hot girls.

Been in the bleakest mood ever the past few days, just been to the gym and it's sorted my head right out :). Endorphins ftw
