even just to see lunice dance. that dude gets down
Haha yeah he is nuts, when I saw him in Bristol he was leaping all over the place. Kind of annyoing everytime my gf stopped filming he would then explode into more nuts stuff or the crowd would be swinging off the low roof/off the stage

Its hilarious seeing this 'genre' getting so hyped on the interbutts this summer. Juicy Js mixtape from last year was good and the hook from that fucking stupid 'cashing out' song gets so stuck in my head!
I guess it's the new up and coming genre? Maybe? I'm sort of on the fence about it cause a lot of it is wank and I'm tired of hearing about money, lean, money, blunts, and slangin rocks. Especially from young rich folks.
Kreshawn is bad on purpose me thinks. She's pretty hilarious! It's also worth noting that niki Minaj is a character in the Stephen Colbert kind of way.
as far as i can see its mainly either 808 hip hop inspired dubstep or dirty south hip-hop insturmentals, either way nothing new imo. definitly doesnt need a new name IMHOOC. Any genre with heavy 808 stylings is still just the same genre, theres house with 808 drums, theres allways been 808s in dubtep (matt g anyone?). So my own snobby hangup with it is only that poeple are desperatly trying to call it some new genre that is soo specific and generally nothing new that its seems forced and not really unique at all to me, its like poeple dont want to admit they are just making dubstep beats with 808 kits or rap beats...if your gonna make a certain style just man up and make it, i hate brostep i mention to people i make dubstep they assume i i make bro, doesnt make me want to call my music anything other than what it is....dubstep. Stylistically i like the beats i just dont like whole "this is a new thing" when its not...like drumstep....it aint new its just halftime jumpup IMHO.
Yeah no new genres needed. I used to listen to the 3-6 instrumentals, never thought it needed a name.
Lots of people linked me to that Baracka video and the others. Someone sent me some trap inspired tunes/mix coming out but sounded like dubstep with eight note triplet hats and more snare rolls than usual. These rappers are bad though lol, but seem to be mostly trolling.
Guess I don't hear a new aspect of it because crews like Three Six were pretty much the only rap I ever liked after the 1994 g-funk west coast sound, so it just sounds like 36 type stuff to me.

Been walking around yelling that at people for time now. There was a kid on my high schools basketball team who had an uncanny resemblance to Waka so we'd either start yellin that or the actually lyrics to hard in da paint every time he got in. (he rarely played, guess he didn't go hard enough). But I do love to mix in trap quite often, pairs well with coki
