Flex Fm put up a lot of their shows for download, they are normally a bit slow.

Yeah seems hit or miss too.. they don't seem too consistent with podcasts so I always try lock in live. Hopefully this one is, should be a big show with Cessman!

no they don't actually. 50 shows per months - that's not even 2 per day. very unlikely they upload exactly the ones you're looking for.
