Picking 2 films with a good soundtrack isn't so hard, but I can't really think of a film with shitty music from the top of my head. Any suggestion is much appreciated!
The Boxer, with Mark Wahlberg and Christian Bale.
Really loud and intrusive hard rock, comes close to ruining an otherwise decent film.

Although the music throughout the movie is actually pretty fucking good, the credits music on Last Days (Gus Van Sant's Cobain Not-Biopic) is completely fucking incongruous. Gritty Americana, Blues and Grunge for the whole movie and then.... male afro-gospel choir.

all about the boobs.
The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it,
because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over.

Shutter Island
Thought this film was a steaming piece of shit the first time round, but on a second viewing last night (when you already know the twist ending) it's actually a lot, lot more enjoyable. Found myself understanding a lot more of what was happening in the early goings, together with all the clues/notes that contribute towards the end.
thought this movie was a fucking masterpiece
some scenes really hit home too, kinda got a little emotional...

Masterpiece is a bit of an exaggeration.

It's like a good Dick Tracy movie.

All the James Bond films are on Sky Movies..
So I'll be one incredibly occupied dubsteppa.

Gave Prometheus a second chance on DVD.
Still crap, but I could place it in a better context then when I watched it in the theatre: completely gutted that time around. This time it was just: well okay, they ruined the alien legacy and 'tis a shite movie but there were some enjoyable visuals and the OST wasn't all that bad after all. 3,5/10

interested to hear why you thought it was shit. the transformation scene alone is brilliant.
