I've finally caught up, so I can start participating in this thread now.

all the main characters are morally ambiguous, at any one point they do stuff which you hate and which you love, you root for them to succeed and you root for them to fall

thats the beauty of the writing, in this case for entertainment purposes

skylar can be fucking annoying but so can Walt when he starts rambling and blithering away, so can jesse, so can Walt Jr.

in fact the only character who's really stood up recently has been Hank, and he's been a top tnuc in the past.

Hank as always been a good guy. Boorish and assholeish maybe, but still a good guy.

Walt Jr. is just being a teenager.

Saul Goodman, despite being a slimy insect (ie lawyer) has done nothing but go out of his way to help people out. He's cool in my book.

Mike is just a badass, his only mistake was to join back up with Walt.


Everyone else is batshit insane and morally culpable in some way in my book.

Have not read the last 10 pages, but has anyone else picked up on Gomey (Stephen Gomez) downplaying legitimate leads to hank. Im thinking there are DEA agent in on the take, and now with this last episode of having Hank re-assigned, bolsters the theory a bit.

That's also what I thoguht when Hank got reassigned, I didn't expect him to want that for that reason. I already thought he was acting shady when Hank brought up Gus. Didn't pick him up downplaying shit, though. Wasn't paying attention haha
